As a young aspiring HR professional, I feel privileged having had the experiences and opportunities I have.


My journey towards HR began when I was 20 years old and was promoted to the role of a

manager with employee responsibility. A year later my interest in employee’s job satisfaction and wellbeing brought me to work in the HQ as a HR consultant while acquiring knowledge and learning about the human behaviour studying psychology at the university.


I am currently finishing my dissertation at King’s College London, where I study an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology, and additionally conduct research in leader’s effect on employee wellbeing and how organisations can improve their HR processes to include individuals with neuro diversity effectively.
